Chris DeWeese's book, The Black Forest, was published in 2012 by Octopus Books. His poems have appeared widely in literary journals and magazines including Boston Review, Fence, FIELD, and Tin House. Currently an Assistant Professor of Poetry at Wright State University, DeWeese has also taught at Agnes Scott College, Emory University, and Smith College.
