Introducing 2012 AWW Faculty -- Les Edgerton

Afternoon Fiction Seminar -- Les Edgerton
Les Edgerton is the author of fourteen books, including two about writing fiction: Finding Your Voice (Writer's Digest Books) and Hooked (Writer's Digest Books). His fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, O. Henry Award, Edgar Allan Poe Award (short story category), Jesse Jones Award, PEN Faulkner Award, and the Violet Crown Book Award. His short fiction has appeared in Houghton Mifflin's Best American Mysteries of 2001, Kansas Quarterly, Arkansas Review, North Atlantic Review, Chiron Review, Murdaland, and many others.

The exciting addition of Les Edgerton to the 2012 Antioch Writers' Workshop is in response to the quickly filling afternoon seminars. Afternoon seminars are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The final day to register for the full-week 2012 Antioch Writers Workshop is on June 7, 2012. Online Registration for the 27th Annual Summer Workshop Now Available

Online registration for the 2012 Antioch Writers' Workshop 27th annual summer workshop, which will take place on July 7 - 13, is now available.

Participants can register for the workshop at our website or print a registration form to be mailed to:

A non-refundable registration fee of $125.00 is due upon registration. Registrations and selections are not held until the registration fee is paid. 

The summer full week schedule will follow the format of past years, with morning lecture-style classes in fiction, nonfiction, poetry, professional topics, and guest agents followed by small group seminars in fiction, nonfiction and poetry in the afternoon.
